摘要: The so-called privacy paradox - consumers expressing their need for but acting in the opposite way can be observed app market. Consumers download apps without a monetary payment, to provide personal data, being aware of amount and quality data requested. Does this indicate that users are unconscious consumers? This study analyzes consumers' use information purchase process. results our analysis reveal received from social environment is very important, whereas about security trustworthiness not seen as crucial by many consumers. In subsequent cluster we show, differ regarding preferences at least some indeed do care data.
