摘要: Free flaps can be used effectively in the primary reconstruction of large defects after resection tumors. The ultimate goal is radical excision tumors and achievement wound healing with a single procedure long-term local control disease. Although this obtained use free tissue transfer, patients often seek more aesthetic results. Therefore, refinements reconstructive techniques minimal functional donor site morbidity are now gold standard our practice.
