摘要: The direct isolation of the methyl ketone precursor in butter fat is described. Evidence presented which demonstrates that precursors C5 through C15 odd-numbered ketones are triglycerides containing one Β-keto acid and two fatty moieties. These glycerides accounted for 0.045% fat.
