摘要: Summary Investigation was made of the composition milk fatty acid methyl esters (C 4 -C 18 ) by means gas chromatography employing an ionization detection system. The positions various on chromatograms were established using reference compounds a nonpolar (Apiezon-L) capillary column and relatively polar (diethylene glycol succinate polyester) packed column. By this means, presence C , 6 8 through n-alkanoic acids, 16 cis trans n-alkenoic n-alkadienoic trienoic acids confirmed. selection suitable operating conditions, it possible to make quantitative analyses. Such analyses fats collected at seasons showed high summer levels -octadecenoic acid, which progressively declined fall early winter. A comparison winter fat entire fraction be increased, mainly expense palmitate, in sample. It is felt that can much value solving problems concerning as related its synthesis, properties manufactured products, nutritional value.
