摘要: By using angle-resolved ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy, x-ray and work function measurement, we have explored the electronic states of heteroepitaxial double-layer (HEDL) system composed Ni(111), monolayer hexagonal boron nitride, graphite overlayer. Present data clearly indicate that in HEDL system, spatial change at interfaces is abrupt atomic scale. \textcopyright{} 1996 The American Physical Society.
