摘要: Abstract The molecule 2,5-di-(2-benzoxazolyl)phenol (DBP) has been studied by laser spectroscopy in a supersonic free jet. In the jet fluorescence with Stokes shift of 7000 cm −1 arises exclusively from proton-transferred species. excitation spectrum DBP exhibits broad background underlying some weak, sharp features. first prominent band observed at 27830 , but 250 above origin becomes congested and broad. OH→OD substitution produces blue 103 . For deuterated sample (DBP-d 1 ) resolved line structure up to an excess energy 400 To identify spectral features corresponding other species double-resonance depletion applied. From analysis width vibronic bands DBP-d we estimated upper limit excited state deuteron transfer rate constant, k DT =1.7×10 12 s
