摘要: The CdTe gamma-ray camera IBIS/ISGRI, on board the INTEGRAL satellite launched in October 2002, is currently largest spectro-imager of this type world. development detector, for research field astrophysics, has provided opportunity to demonstrate feasibility massive integration nuclear detectors, taking advantage good spectral performances and high modularity. Many other groups world work also further develop detectors using material view improving its (crystal quality, electrode geometry type, electronics filtering, etc.), spatial resolution (pixelization monolithic crystals) detection efficiency at energy (thickness). In review, I will detail main directions which strive order explore these fields upcoming years through examples techniques or applications.
