摘要: Solar energy is becoming an alternative for the limited fossil fuel resources. One of simplest and most direct applications this conversion solar radiation into heat, which can be used in Water Heating Systems. Ogun State Nigeria was as a case study. The state explored with annual average 4.775 kWh/m2 recorded. designed system comprised storage tanks collector unit comprises wooden casing, copper tube, aluminium foil. Test results unlagged lagged water temperature at various angles inclination (2.500°–20.000°) were on 27.800°C 28.300°C, respectively, inlet 60.100°C 63.000°C outlet temperature, respectively. efficiency System 72.500% power saved 2.798 kW. cost put 1121,400 ($145) August 2012. developed applied purpose reducing energy, dealing environmental challenges, improving use hence serving climate mitigation process extended heating domestic other industrial purposes.
