摘要: Edible Bird nest food product is one of the demanding in production industry. Government looking into ways to improve this industry boost economy. Many large scale are being operated around Malaysia. One major difficulties faced processing bird remove its impurities or more formerly known as dirt. Current conventional cleaning method which manual not cost effective and time consuming. Furthermore, it also requires number workforce be used for small quantities nest. This paper presents an automated system utilizes machine vision industrial robot accomplish a better edible offers great advantage compared process by reducing consumed increase efficiency.
