摘要: The complexity of the real time power system operation is so high that several tools must be available in order to help training electric management systems (EMS) operators and also teaching engineering graduate undergraduate students. Computer based have played an important role providing users with a better understanding operation. They witnessed steady progress since early 1980s. In this article authors' objective present development Tcl/Tk (Tool Command Language/Tool Kit) GUI (Graphical User Interface) real-time simulator program. Users can dynamically interact target by using one-line diagram change measurements (MW, MVAr kV) transformers taps circuit breaker status.
