摘要: The authors analyse submicroscopic caracteristics of the infiltrate and morphology genesis so-called “Langerhans' cell granules” in four cases Letterer-Siwe's disease. Some giant cellular elements “main cells” were observed; their ultrastructure is similar to Hodgkin Sternberg cells malignant lymphogranuloma, but clearly different from normal histiocytic elements, epitheloid also reticular reticulosarcoma.
