摘要: A mandibular lesion from an infant with Letterer-Siwe disease was studied by electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Ultrastructurally, two types of cells were identified; clear dark cells. Clear had indented nuclei langerhans cell granules, while characterized the occasional presence a large number lysosomes. Lysozyme usually not detectable in proliferating nuclei, but it strongly positive without nuclei. The latter also contained IgG, although occurrence cytoplasmic IgM, A, D E seemed to be negative both Thus showed close resemblance Langerhans features ordinary histiocytes. Although intimate relationship between these remains obscure, our findings suggest that may reactive or tumorous condition cellular subpopulation proliferation differentiated
