摘要: To develop an intravenous delivery system of all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) for the cancer therapy, poly(L-lactic acid) nanoparticles were prepared and characterized. Emulsification-solvent evaporation method was chosen to prepare submicron sized nanoparticles. Spherical less than 200 nm in diameter with narrow size distribution prepared, entrapment efficiency drug more 95%. The endothermic peak at X-ray crystallographic ATRA appeared nanoparticle system, suggesting inhibition crystallization by polymer adsorption during precipitation process. released 60 days release rate dependent on concentration incorporated While unstable light, it very stable . These results suggest usefulness PLA as a sustained prolonged carrier ATRA.
