摘要: To develop an intravenous delivery system of all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) for the cancer therapy, poly(L-lactic acid) nanoparticles were prepared and characterized. Emulsification-solvent evaporation method was chosen to prepare submicron sized nanoparticles.
