摘要: Abstract Poly( dl -lactide- co -glycolide) (PLGA) microspheres containing all-trans retinoic acid (atRA) were prepared by o/w solvent evaporation method and various preparation parameters, such as poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) concentration in aqueous solution, PVA MW, drug weight, solvent, polymer on the characteristics of release investigated. water phase was a critical factor making consistently with smooth surface round shape. In our study, at least 2% (w/v) solution necessary for The particle size ranged 10–100 μm. AtRA slowly released from PLGA over 30 days. Sterilization ethylene oxide (EO) gas 37 °C did not significantly affect or its morphology. Cell growth inhibition atRA affected process rather than EO-gas sterilization process. These results indicate that are acceptable controlled devices use treatment brain tumor.
