摘要: Determination of the biodistribution radiopharmaceuticals is an important issue for evaluation their performance in diagnosis and therapy. In this study, we evaluated a digital radioimager (RI) based on multiwire proportional chamber quantitative autoradiography (AR). The RI allows direct detection electronic emissions gamma emitters. Its qualitative performances were tested 99mTc (111)In labelled sections compared with conventional film AR. Linearity count rate versus activity was verified over 104 range activity. As AR, substantial improvement limit obtained even acquisition periods up to 20 times less than exposure times. We provided basis analysis tissue equivalent paste standards: counting efficiencies respectively 1.19% 2.35%. illustrated respective values AR two rat studies: 99mTc-DMSA kidney dual-isotope 99mTc-MIBI (111)In-antimyosin heart. Calculated concentrations organs confirmed good correlation (deviation 12%). suggest as convenient technique fast localization single or tracers determination distribution.
