摘要: The monocytes of 7 patients with advanced Hodgkin disease (stages III and IV) two generalized lymphosarcoma exhibited a highly significant impairment the phagocytosis IgG-coated red cells, regardless receiving therapy or not. In contrast three M. Hodgkin, stage II B, one lymphorsarcoma in complete remission showed rather elevated monocyte phagocytic activity. nitroblue tetrazolium reduction by mean was significantly enhanced all investigated, compared normal persons, although only patient bacterial infection apparent at time test. possible implication findings well known immunodeficiency present is discussed.
