The IgG receptor: an immunological marker for the characterization of mononuclear cells

摘要: Using red cells sensitized with an IgG anti-Rh0 antibody, receptor was demonstrable on human monocytes, hepatic macrophage and splenic preparations. The uniformly lacking lymphocytes, lymphoid cell lines lymphocytes stimulated phytomitogens in vitro. integrity of this demonstrated monocytes obtained from patients `acquired' agammaglobulinaemia, chronic granulomatous disease acute monocytic leukaemia.
