摘要: Detailed multispecies studies on the patterns of genetic variability and differentiation in marine environments are still rare. Using mitochondrial nuclear markers, we compared population structuring threespine (Gasterosteus aculeatus) ninespine (Pungitius pungitius) sticklebacks from same eleven six freshwater locations within Baltic Sea basin. Analyses both marker types revealed a significantly lower degree populations than those sticklebacks. Isolation-by-distance (IBD) was detected across species, suggesting spatially limited gene flow. However, levels diversity localities were uncorrelated between two species environments. Accordingly, estimates effective sizes larger migration rates higher for three- Hence, stickleback basin appear to be subject stronger drift sympatric sticklebacks, proximate reason this difference is likely found autecological differences species. In accordance with earlier studies,
