摘要: Abstract In this work, we use for the first time single layer MoS2 as fluorescence quencher to design a detection method Ag+ with excellent robustness, selectivity and sensitivity. To maintain ultrathin MoS2, bulk materials have been exfoliated by intercalation lithium followed reaction water. As-prepared two-dimensional not only has good water-solubility but also obtains high quenching efficiency within 5 min. Importantly, limit of assay (1 nM) was lower than maximum limitation guided United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) World Health Organization (WHO). Further, new probe demonstrated in monitoring lake water samples satisfactory results.
