摘要: Rich clinical experiences indicate that toe web intertrigo is a major predisposing condition for cellulitis/acute dermatolymphango adenitis (ADLA) and the number of lesions strongest predictor frequency ADLA in lymphedema (LE) patients. However, there scanty information on risk factors establishment chronic LE We performed case-control study recruiting 52 lower limb with without community settings assessed general local potential intertrigo. Analysis revealed topical application oil, tingling numbness extremities were associated independently In multivariate analysis, grades III IV intertrigo, after adjusting numbness, prophylactic antibiotic, age group, gender. From public health perspective, patients under antibiotic prophylaxis should be self-motivated to look early symptoms prevent stage recurrent episodes cellulitis. Patients history periphery need monitored pressure effects leading poor vascularization delayed healing
