摘要: The prevalence of entry lesions in limbs was significantly higher with filarial lymphoedema (80.88%) than normal (42.86%, P = 0.000012). Among the various lymphoedematous limbs, web space intertrigo those who had acute dermatolymphangioadenitis (ADLA) did not have ADLA (P 0.04). Entry were present only 25% using footwear, while 84.3% footwear regularly or irregularly these 0.01). None patients good limb hygiene ADLA, 64% fair to poor 0.02). Since majority asymptomatic, training and health care givers specifically look for treat along advice practices should form an important component foot programme optimum morbidity management.
