摘要: Abstract Using a qualitative Ouchterlony double-diffusion procedure with specific antiserum, α-fetoprotein (A.F.P.) was detected in the serum of ten eleven infants neonatal hepatitis, and absent seven eight biliary atresia. These differences were confirmed by quantitative radial diffusion immunoassay, which peak levels A.F.P. hepatitis significantly higher than An concentration 4.0 mg. per 100 ml.
