摘要: To date, the use of inactivated fibroblasts in derivation and culture pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) remains most widely used system despite availability other systems that are feeder-free. In general, feeder-based tend to be less expensive than their feeder-free equivalents, feeders have a proven ability maintain PSCs stably an undifferentiated state, so cases cost-effective feeder is choice. This chapter looks at morphology mouse human order make subjective assessment quality suitability support growth expansion (Figs. 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8 3.9).
