摘要: General procedures for the extraction of Citrus leaf proteins analysis by two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) were developed through evaluation and modification existing methods. Among methods evaluated, best results obtained when Tris-HCl, KCl, phenol extractions followed precipitation with organic solvents to purify concentrate samples. The utility Tris-HCl method was demonstrated on leaves six genetically different varieties. described are versatile result in high resolution 2-DE gels proteins.
