摘要: Oriental ginseng (Panax C. A. Meyer) and American quinquefolius) are two widely used valuable traditional Chinese medicines (TCM). Previously, the identification of was mainly performed by analyzing ginsengnosides using high performance liquid chromatography amplification polymorphic DNA polymerase chain reaction. However, these methods cannot be to distinguish TCM samples which from different parts (main root, lateral roots, rhizome head skin) culture cells wild-grown ginseng. The present study aimed identify species ginseng, same cultured a proteomic approach. Two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) maps were established main skins) cells. Our results show that 2-DE contain sufficient differences permit easy discrimination. We have also identified common specific protein spots in samples. use "marker proteins" may help speed up process.
