摘要: We evaluated the response to salt stress of two different ginseng lines, STG3134 and STG3159, which are sensitive tolerant, respectively, treatment. Plants were exposed a 5 dS/m solution, chlorophyll fluorescence was measured. more than STG3159 stress. To characterize cellular in changes protein expression investigated using proteomic approach. Total extracted from detached salt-treated leaves ginseng, then separated by two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(2-DE). Approximately 468 spots detected 2-DE Coommassie brilliant blue staining. Twenty-two proteins found be reproducibly up- or down-regulated Among these proteins, twelve identified MALDI-TOF MS ESI-Q-TOF classified into several functional groups: photosynthesis-related proteins(oxygen-evolving enhancer 1 2, rubisco activase), detoxification proteins(polyphenol oxidase) defense proteins(-1,3-glucanase, ribonuclease-like storage protein, isoflavone reductase-like protein). The levels highly induced as compared STG3134, correlated tightly with mRNA transcript levels, assessed reverse-transcription(RT)-PCR. Our results indicate that salinity induces specific plants. These may, turn, playa role plant adaptation saline conditions.
