摘要: The concentrations of 3-beta-hydroxybutyrate (3HB) in blood and two liver samples were retrospectively examined a series medicolegal autopsies. These cases included diabetic ketoacidosis, nondiabetic individuals presenting moderate to severe decompositional changes privy changes. 3HB sample homogenates correlate well with values all groups. Additionally, not associated increases levels. results suggest that can be reliably measured when is available at autopsy. Furthermore, they metabolic disturbances potentially leading or contributing death may objectified through determination even decomposed bodies.
