摘要: Aspergillus flavus is an important zoonotic pathogen and a well-known aflatoxin producer. strains that are prevalent in Japanese environments reported to be non-aflatoxigenic, although their productivity, especially among clinical isolates, has not been thoroughly investigated date. In this study, we sequenced the genomes of ten A. isolated Japan compared sequences with each other as well those oryzae RIB40 NRRL3357. The phylogenetic analysis based on identified SNPs indicated five were closer than contrast, isolates NRRL3357 RIB40, three found possess either entire or partial biosynthesis gene cluster NRRL3357-type. Furthermore, two actually produced B1 intermediate reaction leading formation. Three part cluster, while others retained RIB40-type cluster. genome data thus obtained may further explored utilized for comparative production environmental flavus.
