摘要: A two-stage process has been developed to generate the silica-based macromonomer through surface-modification of silica with polymerizable vinyl groups. The surfaces were treated excess 2,4-toluene diisocynate (TDI), after which residual isocyanate groups converted into by reaction hydroxypropylacrylate (HPA). Thus, polystyrene/silica nanocomposites prepared conventional radical copolymerization styrene macromonomer. main effecting factors, such as ratios macromonomer, together polymerization time on studied in detail. FTIR, DSC and TGA utilized characterize nanocomposites. Experimental results revealed that nanoparticles act cross-linking points polystytene/silica nanocomposites, glass transition temperatures are higher than corresponding pure polystyrene. increased increasing contents, further ascertained DSC.
