摘要: Cerebral infarction was produced in paralyzed, ventilated rats by a 30 min period of right common carotid artery occlusion combined with systemic hypoxia (Pao2 21-25 mm Hg). After the arterial clamp removed and animals were reoxygenated allowed to survive for 1 (6 animals), (12 or 1/2 2 h animals). The reanesthetized sacrificed perfusion-fixation paraformaldehyde-glutaraldehyde. Light electron microscopy revealed ischemic cell change neurons ipsilateral cerebral cortex, striatum hippocampus. These changes mild moderate early post-ischemic severe period. present one survivors all survivors. Electron showed platelet thrombi infarcted brain 3 7 infarcts, an area very fourth animal. They not areas showing only change. findings that form association infarcts suggested they are induced tissue necrosis rather than neuronal alone.
