摘要: We report a new pH and enzyme dual responsive biodegradable polymer nanocarrier to deliver multiple anticancer drugs at the intracellular compartment in cancer cells. Natural l-aspartic acid was converted into multifunctional monomer polymerized yield classes of aliphatic polyester in-build with responsiveness. The transformation side chain BOC urethanes cationic NH3+ acidic endosomal environment disassembled polymers nanoparticles (pH trigger-1). biodegradation backbone by esterase ruptured nanoassemblies released cytoplasm (trigger-2). scaffolds were capable delivering such as doxorubicin, topotecan, curcumin (CUR). cytotoxicity nascent drug-loaded tested cervical (HeLa) breast (MCF-7) cell lines. nanoscaffolds found be nontoxic cells whereas their exhibited excellent killing. Confocal microscopic images revealed that taken up degradation process delivered nucleus established proof-of-concept. present investigation opens platform for l-amino based scaffolds, first time, drug delivery treatment. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
