摘要: Cancer is considered to be one of the leading causes morbidity and mortality worldwide nanotechnology was shown have a unique potential enhance therapeutic performance anti-cancer agents. A novel dual stimuli-responsive polyethylene glycol (PEG) block copolymer synthesized for decoration stabilization gold nanoparticles (NPs) carry multiple drugs, doxorubicin (DOX), methotrexate (MTX) 6-mercaptopurine (MP). DOX, MTX MP were successfully loaded (the loading capacity 37%, 12%, 49%, respectively) into NPs by ionic interaction (DOX MTX) disulphide-covalent bond formation (MP) in polymeric shell NPs. Furthermore, triggered drugs release ability through comparison simulated physiological tumor tissue environments. The enhanced efficiency developed their targeted via (target ligand folate receptors) illustrated various cell cytotoxicity studies such as MTT assay, DAPI staining, flow cytometry on cancer lines with different levels receptors. Our proposed idea simultaneous delivery three cytotoxic our newly designed PEGylated may provide promising prospect therapy.
