Comparison of photosynthetic pigment contents in stems and leaves of fruit trees: cherry, sweet cherry, common plum, and walnut tree.

摘要: The investigations were carried out on current-year, 1-, 2-, 3-year old stems and leaves of fruit trees: cherry, sweet pear, common plum, walnut. content chlorophyll a b the sum carotenoids determined. In examined species trees, increased with age stems, except cherry tree, in which its decreased. current-year amounted from 1.6 to 2.2 mg dm, it was 1.6-2.8 amount varied 2.7 4.5 dm. when compared contained about 40-50% more walnut pear 85% tree. tree decreased by 15% during time experiment. comparison Jan Pilarski, Krzysztof Tokarz, Maciej Kocurek 54 leaves, similar amounts or smaller plum 40%, – 50%, trees nearly 70%. all value a/b ratio considerably leaves. 0.5 1.4 0.6-1.4 dm 0.9 1.3 Compared whereas higher that oscillated 2 4. similar. grater older year groups stems. results demonstrated most bark fact not reported literature before.
