摘要: Neurodevelopmental schizophrenia seems to be caused by impaired cerebral development and is supposed associated with obstetric complications (OCs), poor premorbid adjustment, schizotypal or schizoid personality traits negative symptoms. In the present study, 36 schizophrenic schizoaffective patients their same-sex, healthy siblings were recruited. They diagnosed according DSM-III-R, using structured psychiatric interviews a consensus of 2 psychiatrists. Information on OCs, birth weight, social learning functioning was obtained from mothers. The main results show significant differences in between siblings. Using multivariate analyses, both variables again identified discriminate well affected unaffected Our findings seem confirm concept as neurodevelopmental process.
