摘要: The composition of pitch deposits occurring in pulp sheets and mill circuits during soda/anthraquinone pulping elemental chlorine-free bleaching bast fibers industrial hemp (Cannabis sativa) was studied. Pitch were extracted with acetone, the extracts analyzed by gas chromatography (GC) chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Acetone (15-25% deposits) constituted defoamers used at lipophilic extractives from fibers. Acetone-insoluble residues (75-85% pyrolysis-GC/MS presence absence tetramethylammonium hydroxide. These salts fatty acids (arising fibers) calcium, magnesium, aluminum other cations that identified deposits. It concluded inappropriate use defoamer together multivalent ions seemed to be among causes deposition problems reported here.
