摘要: Background In this study, we investigated whether lobetyolin, lobetyol, and methyl linoleate derived from Codonopsis pilosula affect MUC5AC mucin secretion, production, gene expression airway epithelial cells. Methods Confluent NCI-H292 cells were pretreated with or for 30 minutes then stimulated phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) 24 hours. The expression, protein production secretion measured by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, respectively. Results Lobetyolin, inhibited the of induced PMA; lobetyolin did not PMA-induced production. However, lobetyol mucin; significantly decreased secretion.
