摘要: Several Czech and foreign hop mericlones were tested in vitro for efficiency of green callus formation plant regeneration from internodal or nodal explants. Modified MS media gelled either with agar, starch a mixture potato Gelrite, supplemented different concentrations glucose maltose, investigated. Two (Osvald 72 no. 5216 Sladek 6908) studied more details because their capacities. The HPLC analysis medium sugar after the explant cultivation has revealed slow uptake medium. Presence at concentration 45 g dm−3 agar resulted decreased number nodes compared to control 30 glucose. use plus Gelrite instead routinely used decreasing 15 proved be most efficient multiplication rate. this results lower cost micropropagation healthy cultures without exhibition vitrification.
