摘要: Capillary electrophoresis with UV/visible diode-array detection (DAD) and electrospray mass spectrometric (ESI-MS) were used for the identification of anthraquinone color components cochineal, lac-dye madder, natural red dyestuffs often by ancient painters. For purpose such analysis, ESI-MS was found to be a much more appropriate technique than DAD one owing its higher sensitivity (detection limits in range 0.1–0.5 µg ml−1) selectivity. The method developed made it possible identify unequivocally carminic acid laccaic acids A, B E as coloring matters examined preparations cochineal lac-dye, respectively. In European Rubia tinctorum, alizarin purpurin found. allows rapid, direct straightforward quantification products art could very helpful restoration conservation procedures.
