摘要: We present results showing that the detectable incidence of Bence-Jones protein in sera patients with multiple myeloma is equivalent to highest highly concentrated urine when tested by immuno-isoelectric focusing. In a series 25 patients, focusing showed proteinemia be 68% compared proteinuria 32-64% immunoelectrophoresis and depending upon concentration factor. view variability factors governing urinary levels, such as renal catabolism, reabsorption losses during concentration, we suggest monitoring serum should carried out conjunction measurements myeloma.
