摘要: Previous research has offered insight into coaches’ perceptions of various efficacy-enhancing techniques but not athletes’ their techniques. The purpose the present was to compare and efficacy enhancing Male ( n = 29) female (n 49) baseball, basketball, softball, soccer coaches teams were surveyed from Division II III collegiate programs. Results found that strategies perceived they used most, as well most effective, instruction-drilling, acting confident themselves, encouraging positive talk. Athletes had similar regarding use effectiveness However, closer examination revealed mean these vary among levels congruence incongruence. Exploratory analyses also conducted on by gender.
