摘要: Improved contact lens compositions are achieved through incorporation of a fluorine containing mono or diester itaconic acid in siloxane polymeric compositions. Copolymers include components which modify mechanical, optical and transport properties as well surface characteristics to achieve at least some having an oxygen permeability DK35 with refractive index from 1.35 1.5 percent hydration below 2 total weight. Contact lenses made materials this invention highly permeable resistant the deposition tear providing extended wear capability improved biocompatibility.
