摘要: An improved contact lens material is formed by a copolymer of siloxanyl alkyl ester monomer, an itaconate and acrylic or methacrylic acid. The preferably includes cross-linking agent hydrophilic monomer. Contact lenses made the mterial can be readily machined polished into hard having excellent dimensional stability but also have extremely high permeability to oxygen.
