摘要: Oestrogen exposure has been linked to a risk for the development of testicular germ cell cancers. The effects oestrogen are now known be mediated by receptor-α (ERα) and ERβ subtypes, but only found in human cells normal testis. However, its expression was markedly diminished seminomas, embryonal carcinomas mixed tumours, remains high teratomas. PATZ1 is recently discovered zinc finger protein that, due presence POZ domain, acts as transcriptional repressor affecting basal activity different promoters.
