摘要: Levels of the soluble form interleukin-1 receptor-like 1 protein (IL-1RL-1/ST2) are elevated in serum patients with diseases characterized by an inflammatory response. The objective this study was to determine concentration ST2 (sST2) dengue infected during course disease. Twenty-four confirmed infection, classified as fever, and 11 other febrile illness (OFI) were evaluated. sST2 laboratory variables usually altered infections measured. Dengue had higher levels than OFI at end stage defervescence (p = 0.0088 p 0.0004, respectively). Patients secondary compared primary 0.047 last day fever 0.030 defervescence). Furthermore, patients, we found a significant negative correlation platelet WBC counts, positive thrombin time transaminases activity. We suggest that could be potential marker associated severity or play role immune response virus infection.
