摘要: The nature of electron-stimulated desorption europium atoms Eu0 at low incident electron energies E e (∼30 eV) and the specific features dependence yield on their concentration surface oxidized tungsten are discussed. crucial stage is found to be primary event vacancy creation in inner 5p shell adatom. As follows from estimates, only first two possible ionization scenarios (intratomic transfer outer Eu adatom or ejection knocked-out into vacuum) results desorption. threshold determined.
