On the concentration dependence of alkali metal desorption from the oxygen monolayer-covered tungsten surface

摘要: On the basis of a simple model, alkali metal positive ions and neutrals yield, induced by electronic transitions, have been calculated. The Menzel-Gomer-Redhead model for escape probability has used. Concentration effects are incorporated into quasilevel width desorbing particle. Theoretical results in good agreement with experimental data.
