Radical-induced Reduction of α,β-Unsaturated Steroid Ketones with Tributyltin Hydride Conjugated steroid ketones are reduced stereoselectively tributyltin hydride the presence azobisisobutyronitrile as radical initiator to give corresponding saturated high yields.
