摘要: We report a case of 71-year-old man with staphylococcal scalded-skin syndrome (SSSS). The patient, chronic history diabetes mellitus, was admitted to our hospital lumbago, and diagnosis renal-cell carcinoma bone metastasis made. In he had sudden onset high fever erythema, followed by the formation flaccid bullae exfoliation, positive Nikolsky sign. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), producing exfoliative toxin B, isolated from blood bile cultures, Aeromonas hydrophila culture. Skin biopsy specimen showed cleavage epidermis at level granular layer. patient diagnosed as having SSSS cholecystitis, treated intravenous antibiotics percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder drainage, which led recovery. in adults is usually associated immunosuppression. A. recognized an opportunistic pathogen. should be considered differential immunocompromised adult patients erythema.
