摘要: Background: Breast cancer is the most affecting women worldwide and to date of investigated biomarkers are with low sensitivity specificity in early diagnosis primary cancer. Aim: In present study relationship tumor marker panel breast an Iraqi population was investigated. Patients Methods: 100 healthy controls were included study. All patients control groups serum samples subjected for determination CEA, CA15.3, CA27.29, BRCA1, BRCA2. Results: Serum mean values CA 15-3, 27-29, BRCA1 BRCA2 significantly higher than controls. OR relative risk confirm association between increase five markers AUC ROC indicated high their Conclusion:the show evidence that CA15-3, CA27-29 CEA simultaneous arepotintial metastasis treatment minitoring.
