摘要: Neutral models, in which individual agents with equal fitness undergo a birth-death-mutation process, are very popular population genetics and community ecology. Usually these models applied to populations communities spatial structure, but the analytic results presented so far limited well-mixed or mainland-island scenarios. Here we combine numerics obtain an approximate solution for species abundance distribution richness neutral model on continuous landscape. We show how regional diversity increases when recruitment length decreases segregation of grows. Our supported by extensive numerical simulations allow one probe numerically inaccessible regime large-scale systems extremely small mutation/speciation rates.
